COZINN will always redact all/any sensitive & confidential information submitted for the purpose of availing a service. In case a User does not wish to provide this information or opts for deletion of the information already provided, COZINN may not be able to process the desired booking request. COZINN will never share any of the above information collected including PAN card details, Vaccination status & certificate , Passport details , Aadhaar Card details without their prior consent unless otherwise such action is required by any law enforcement authority for investigation, by court order or in reference to any legal process.
The main reason we ask for personal details is to help you organize your online Trip Reservations and ensure you get the best possible service. We use the info collected about you for various purposes. Your personal data may be used in the following ways:
If you want, you can share certain info as part of your user account by creating a public profile under your own first name or a screen name you choose.
There are different parties integrated into COZINN’s services, in various ways and for various reasons. The primary reason we share your data is to provide the specific Trip Provider with the relevant info to complete your Trip Reservation.
We also involve other parties to provide you with the COZINN services. This includes, for example, financial institutions, advertisers, and the other companies Or, in some cases, if we’re required to by law, we might share your data with governmental or other authorities.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the apprpriate trip provider service to see if you are using it.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website might download and extract any location data from images on the website, which COZINN will not be held responsible for.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

COZINN provides an option to its users to post their experiences by way of reviews, ratings and general poll questions. The customers also have an option of posting questions w.r.t a service offered by COZINN or post answers to questions raised by other users. Though the participation in the feedback process is purely optional, you may still receive emails, notifications (app, sms, Whatsapp or any other messaging service) for you to share your review(s), answer questions posted by other users.

Each User who posts review or ratings, Q&A, photographs shall have a profile, which other Users will be able to access. Other Users may be able to view the number of trips, reviews written, questions asked and answered and photographs posted.
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
